1月23日，柬埔寨集茂集团总裁兼联合创办人黄良明、副总经理颜庆一行，专程考察了上海宝冶在柬埔寨金边承建的Sky Villa豪华公寓楼和Gateway商住楼两个总包项目在建工地，上海宝冶（柬埔寨）有限公司总经理谢洪军、市场营销及项目部主要负责人热情接待并深入交流。

黄良明一行着重考察了上海宝冶两个在建项目的工程质量、施工工艺、安全和进度管控等各方面情况，充分肯定了上海宝冶作为大型国企的项目管理水平，高度赞赏上海宝冶愿意扎根柬埔寨，为柬埔寨国家发展做贡献、大力推进属地化的战略。黄良明表示，集茂集团愿意与上海宝冶这样有实力、有信誉的大型企业合作，期待双方能够携手为柬埔寨的经济发展出一份力。谢洪军表示集茂集团为柬埔寨本地的著名大型综合性集团，双方已在建材贸易方面有多年的合作，上海宝冶希望与集茂集团建立长期的合作伙伴关系，互信互助，合作共赢！

集茂集团是柬埔寨本地的华人企业，是拥有多个产业公司的大型集团企业，旗下拥有混凝土厂、砖瓦厂、水泥厂、啤酒厂、饲料厂等很多生产厂房，业务板块还包括房地产开发、建材贸易等，在当地具有一定的影响力。

President of Cambodia Chip Mong Group Visited Shanghai Baoye’s Projects under Construction in Phnom Penh

On January 23rd, Huang Liangming, is the President and  co-founder of Cambodia Chip Mong Group, accompanied by Deputy General Manager Yan Qing, made a visit to two GC projects undertaken by Shanghai Baoye in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. They are Sky Villa luxury apartment and the Gateway commercial and residential projects. Xie Hongjun, General Manager of Shanghai Baoye (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., the chief directors from marketing and project departments gave a warm reception to  visitors and had a deep communication with them.

Huang Liangming and his party focused on the project quality, construction technology, safety and progress control of the two projects under construction by Shanghai Baoye, appreciated the project management level of Shanghai Baoye as a large state-owned enterprise and highly appreciated Shanghai Baoye's willingness to lay the roots in Cambodia to make contributions to the development of Cambodia and promote its strategy of localization. Huang Liangming said that Chip Mong Group is willing to cooperate with Shanghai Baoye which is such a powerful and reputable large-scale enterprise and expects both parties to contribute to the economic development of Cambodia. Xie Hongjun said that Chip Mong Group is a famous large comprehensive group in Cambodia. Both parties have many-year cooperation in the field of building materials trade. Shanghai Baoye hopes to establish long-term partnership with Chip Mong Group for mutual trust, mutual assistance, cooperation and mutual benefits.
